QualityHesamIkea is not what it used to be. The quality has improved a lot. After a long time, I decided to buy a bookcase and a chest of drawers. Both were great and since I was happy with my purchase from Ikea, I recommended them to other family members and luckily they felt the same way. But I still doubt that Ikea will continue this way. I hope it continues.

The instructions were super easy to follow for the flat pack, and putting it together was straightforward. It is quite heavy once assembled, but that just makes it feel sturdy and solid. Overall, it’s great quality for the price and excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

Very nice product - use a staple gun for the back pieceDuncanI have a lot of Malm products in my house. They are a very desirable design. One thing that never changes on flat packs is the back piece, there is never enough room to nail it on and make it actually secure in place. There is a solution though, rather than attempting to bang in 50-odd nails I used my staple gun. What a dream, in less than a minute I secured it with staples and it is better than anything I had ever done with nails. Recommended to have one.
