Use only wooden or plastic utensils without sharp edges.

This product has a non-stick coating where no PTFE or other PFAS have been allowed.

Wash this product before using it for the first time.

Avoid heating a dry and empty frying pan too quickly, especially with the induction hob's booster function, as this can cause the pan to warp and negatively affect the coating's non-stick properties.

Perfect Non Stick Pan

Purchased this pan a few months ago and I am so pleased with it. So far nothing sticks to it and it washes easily. I also love that there are no rivets on the inside of the pan which makes it smooth all around. Wish it came in different sizes.

What is sol-gel ceramic non-stick coating?

Sol-gel non-stick is often called ceramic coating and is an increasingly common replacement for other non-stick coatings in frying pans. It comprises mostly of silica and is created by applying a gel-like solution to the product and drying it in an oven. The result is a hard, glossy surface with non-stick properties. Sol-gel can be produced in different colours, it withstands high heat, is easy to use and clean – and allows cooking with little or no fat.
