Excellent productRossWe used this with our wood fired pizza oven for the first time recently and it was brilliant. The slots make it easier to launch pizzas onto the stone without sticking. Also means we use very little semolina to minimise sticking on the peel and therefore less burning of the semolina when it hits the stone. AND bonus is that it is far cheaper than those offered by the puzza oven suppliers.
