If you want to create a complete children's room in the same style, you can combine the cot with the ÄLSKVÄRD changing table – they match each other perfectly.
One cot side can be removed when the child is big enough to climb into/out of the cot.
The cot base can be lowered when your child starts to sit up on their own.
Your child can sleep safely even after removing one cot side since a guard rail is included.

We have developed the ÄLSKVÄRD family – bassinet, cot and changing table – to help make this new everyday life feel safe, convenient and flexible.
“All children are of course different,” says Sarah Fager, who has designed the ÄLSKVÄRD family. “But one thing most new parents have in common is that they want to get the hang of the sleeping routines. Because a rested baby means a happy baby – and rested parents.”

Round and soft design for delicate children
When your child can sit up, kneel or pull itself up, it’s time for the ÄLSKVÄRD cot. Like the bassinet and the changing table, it’s made of light bentwood and has soft, rounded shapes. “As a new parent, you may be sensitive to things that feel hard and sharp and want to surround your baby with soft and embracing shapes,” says Sarah. “The light wood also gives ÄLSKVÄRD a Scandinavian feel that’s timeless, perfect if you want the durable furniture to be inherited by siblings and friends.”
