Welcome to the new IKEA Pick-up location located in Nashville, Tennessee, where you can conveniently pick up qualifying online furniture orders at partner locations we call "Pick-up locations", starting at $20 for IKEA Family members.*
At checkout, simply select "Pick up" and "CRST/NAL Nashville TN, Pick up Point" under "Select a pick up location". You will then select your preferred pick-up day and time from the available times listed.

Pick-up location FAQs
A: Pick up your qualifying IKEA-USA.com online order at partner locations we call "Pick-up locations", starting at $20 for IKEA Family members ($30 for non-IKEA Family members). In order to qualify to pick your order up, you’ll need to have at least one qualifying furniture item included in your online shopping cart during the checkout process.
A: No, but you can always order on IKEA-USA.com and select the "CRST/NAL Nashville TN, Pick up Point" for qualifying furniture orders. To pick up your order in Nashville, select the pick-up location option during checkout. Then select a pick-up time that is convenient for you.
A: Items purchased at IKEA-USA.com can be returned by contacting our aftersales team at 1-888-888-4532. They will arrange for a furniture pick up or parcel return and coordinate your refund remotely. We are unable to accept physical returns at the Nashville Pick-up location, so please reach out to our aftersales team for all accommodations. A: When placing your online order, you will select the desired pick-up date and time convenient to you. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up.
A: The Nashville Pick-up location is located at 707 Spence Lane, Nashville TN 37217, at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Interstate 24 near the Nashville Airport. The Pick-up location is just 4 miles from downtown Nashville, 10 miles from Brentwood, and 30 miles from Murfreesboro.
Once you arrive, park in one of the designated IKEA Pick-up location spaces. Use the QR code on the parking signs to check-in. A representative will bring your order to your vehicle and can assist with loading your vehicle. Please have your Order Number and Valid ID available.
A: A flat-rate fee of $20 for IKEA Family members ($30 for non-IKEA Family members).
