What you need to know
- Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
- We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
- Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.
Where to go
For curbside pick-up:
- Park in one of the designated Click & Collect Curbside Pick-Up parking spaces on the left side of the loading zone and check-in.
- Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly. If you need loading assistance please back-in and let the coworker know.

For in-store pick-up:
- Park near the Exit and check-in.
- Enter through the Exit door and follow the signs for Click & Collect Pick-Up to the left in the Customer Service area.
- Please have your email open and ready for the coworker that will be helping you.

Keeping family-friendly a priority
At IKEA Las Vegas we strive to keep the importance and needs of families top of mind. Here are a few examples of simple ways we try to make your visit to IKEA Las Vegas a great one!
- Start your shopping trip off on the right foot! We offer Family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker.
- We offer shopping strollers at our Store Entrance! With a seat for your little one, a hook for your bags, and a place to hang your big yellow bag- these shopping strollers make navigating the store much easier!
- In the hallway next to the restaurant we offer a baby care room! Our baby care rooms offer a diaper changing space along with a comfortable space if you need to feed your little one.
- Did you forget the diaper bag in the car? We offer diapers in our family restrooms at the Store Entrance!
- Throughout the year, we offer many Family-friendly activities, workshops and events, including weekly Wednesday night crafts, for our IKEA Family members! Not a member? Sign up today!

We strive to ensure everyone has a great shopping experience at IKEA Las Vegas!
- We offer many handicapped parking spots at the Store Entrance, as well as our loading zone, and throughout the front area of our main parking lot.
- We have wheelchairs available in our Store Entrance Lobby.
- We have two elevators available, with one to start your shopping journey in our entrance lobby.
