We are appointment-based, offering one-on-one in-person or virtual consultation services for any area of the home. The difference between an IKEA store and an IKEA Plan and order point is that you do not take products home with you. Instead, you discover the look and style for your living space, design it with the help of an IKEA planner, and then have the products shipped directly to your home. 

You can also pick up your qualifying IKEA.us online order for free at the Plan & order point. In order to qualify to pick your order up, you’ll need to have at least one qualifying furniture item included in your online shopping cart during the checkout process.

Yes! IKEA Cherry Hill has reserved spaces conveniently located near the entrance for customers picking up orders, and a large shared parking lot for all visitors of the Ellisburg Shopping Center. 

There are NJ Transit bus stops for the 406, 455, and 457 lines conveniently located near IKEA Cherry Hill in the Ellisburg Shopping Center. 

There is not a self-serve warehouse at this location to purchase and take home larger furniture items. You can shop and take home many amazing home furnishings the same day, and our entire range of furniture and furnishings is available for purchase and can be delivered directly to your home. 

No, there is not a Smaland play area at this location. 

We love pets, but we don't allow them in our stores. We do welcome fully trained, ADA-qualified service animals to shop with you. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. 

Yes! We do take returns at this location. However, some returns may be too large for us to accept (i.e. full kitchen orders). If you'd like to confirm if your return will be accepted before visiting the Plan and order point, feel free to call us to confirm at 888-888-4532.

IKEA offers a flat rate online delivery service to your home or business starting at $5 for small item shipping and $49 for large item deliveries. With this service, your merchandise can be placed in a room of choice at no additional cost. Cash, gift cards, debit cards and credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment at the Cherry Hill studio, including the IKEA Projekt card and IKEA credit card.

There is not a restaurant, bistro or Swedish food market at the Plan and order point. 

Pick up your qualifying IKEA.us online order at partner locations we call "Pick-up points". In order to qualify to pick your order up, you’ll need to have at least one qualifying furniture item included in your online shopping cart during the checkout process.

When placing your online order, you will select the desired pick-up date and time convenient to you. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up.
