What you need to know
- Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
- We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
- Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.
Where to go
For curbside pick-up:
- Follow signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area on the left (West) side of the building.
- Park in one of the designated spots and check-in.
- Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.

- Park in the loading zone in front of the store and check-in.
- Enter through the Exchanges & Returns Entrance, to the left of the Main Entrance.
- Turn left and proceed to the Furniture Pick-Up Counter to pick-up your order.

We love pets, but we don't allow them in our stores. We do welcome fully trained, ADA-qualified service animals to shop with you. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker. We offer many handicapped parking spots at the Store Entrance, as well as our loading zone, and throughout the front area of our main parking lot.
We currently offer 3 EV Charging Stations. We will be adding more stations and will have those available soon!
We have wheelchairs available upon request in our Store Entrance Lobby. Our greeter will gladly assist you!

The Click & Collect Order Pick-Up areas can be found on the left (West) side of the building for drive up, or inside the building in the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up entrance.
We offer a range of services to make your lives’ easier and encourage sustainable choices. In California, Rhode Island or Connecticut, mattress retailers are required offer removal services of used mattresses, futons and box springs when delivering a new one. So don’t kick your old mattress to the curb! If you live in CA, RI or CT, the Removal service is at no charge to you.

- Start your shopping trip off on the right foot! We offer family parking spaces close to the entrance of the store to make the transition from the parking lot into the store with your little ones much quicker.
- We offer shopping strollers in our Market Hall. With a seat for your little one, a hook for your bags, and a place to hang your big yellow bag- these shopping strollers make navigating the store much easier!
- In the hallway next to the restaurant, and downstairs in between the cash lanes and the entrance lobby we offer baby care rooms. Our baby care rooms offer a diaper changing space along with a comfortable space if you need to feed your little one.
- Did you forget the diaper bag in the car? Visit our greeter if you need a diaper while you are shopping.
- You can also visit our greeter to get a Scavenger Hunt for your little ones to do during your shopping experience. (For ages 16 and under) Turn it in at the Bistro near the exit of the store to redeem for a free frozen yogurt!
