What you need to know
- Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
- We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
- Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.
Where to go
Garage pick-up
- Navigate to the garage, located under the IKEA store at 440 Stevenson Street.
- Enter the garage and follow signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area.
- Park in one of the designated spots and check-in.
- Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order and parking validation shortly.
In-store pick-up
- Enter the store at 945 Market Street. Turn right and walk towards the elevators.
- Walk through the Exchanges & Returns area until you see the pick-up counter.
- Let the co-worker know your order number and they will retrieve your order.
