Pick-up location FAQs
A: Pick up your qualifying IKEA-USA.com online order at partner locations we call "Pick-Up Locations", all for just $30. In order to qualify to pick your order up, you’ll need to have at least one qualifying furniture item included in your online shopping cart during the checkout process.
A: No, but you can always order on IKEA-USA.com and select the Buffalo Pick-Up Location for qualifying furniture orders. To pick up your order in Buffalo/Cheektowaga, select the pick-up location option during checkout. Then select a pick-up time that is convenient for you.
A: Items purchased at IKEA-USA.com can be returned by contacting our aftersales team at 1-888-888-4532. They will arrange for a furniture pick up or parcel return and coordinate your refund remotely. We are unable to accept physical returns at the Buffalo Pick-Up Location, so please reach out to our aftersales team for all accommodations. A: When placing your online order, you will select the desired pick-up date and time convenient to you. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up.
A: Be sure to bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email. Once you arrive at the pick-up location, a representative will help you retrieve your order. After that, you're on your way home to enjoy your purchase.
