What you need to know
- Pick your order up at your earliest convenience.
- We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
- Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle to fit your order.
Where to go
For curbside pick-up:
- Park in one of the designated spots in the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area in the loading zone and check in. Please back in.

Use the West side parking lot entrance or follow signage to the Click & Collect pick-up area. Park in a designated Click & Collect space and check in. Please back in. - Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.
For in-store pick-up:
- Park in front of the windows in the customer loading zone and check in.
- Enter the store through the closest entrance.
- Turn left, and proceed to the Click & Collect counter to pick-up your order.

Transforming Lives: IKEA Memphis Joins Forces with Hospitality Hub
On May 18, 2023 IKEA Memphis volunteers dedicated their time and efforts to support Hospitality Hub's mission of helping individuals transition out of homelessness by donating and building furniture for 5 units. IKEA Memphis and the Hospitality Hub of Memphis united their passions, resources, and kindness to bring hope, dignity, and a fresh start to individuals in need.
Local grant recipients of IKEA Community Foundation’s Black Business Initiative
In partnership with the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce and the IKEA Community Foundation, five local Memphis, Black-owned businesses received grants totaling $25,000. The grants were presented at the Greater Memphis Chamber’s Annual Chairman’s Luncheon.
