IKEA products are designed in such a way that they're easy to transport yourself. But we're happy to deliver your order to your home too.
Why delivery costs?
At IKEA we like to keep prices as low as possible. This means delivery prices are not included in the prices of our products. At IKEA, you only pay for services that you actually use.

Parcel delivery from 2.99 for IKEA Family members
We're making it even easier to get your favorite items home! As an IKEA Family member, you get up to 40% discount on your delivery costs.
All delivery options
How quickly you can receive your purchase depends on order size, delivery location, delivery demand and product availability. During online check-out you’ll get available delivery options, estimated lead time and exact prices. Then you can decide what suits you and your wallet.
Parcel delivery
A low delivery price for relatively large products. Did you know that some rolled up mattresses fit in a parcel? Your order qualifies for parcel delivery if it fits in one parcel, has a minimum value of 25.- and does not exceed 150 x 73 x 53 cm in size or 20 kg in weight. Are you an IKEA Family member? You'll get up to 40% off your delivery costs.
Truck delivery by a single driver
With this delivery service, your order is too large for parcel delivery, but it can still be delivered by one person. This is automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order. For this service, parcels may weigh a maximum of 23 kg each.
Truck delivery by two drivers
With this delivery service, your order is too large for parcel delivery or it has to be delivered by two people. This is automatically calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
Delivery service for your business
If you order from IKEA as a business owner, colleagues from the IKEA for Business department can assist you with special services, one of them is Delivery service for your business. Are you an IKEA for Business Network member? You'll receive a 10% discount on this delivery service.

Parcel delivery
How it works
- You will receive an email with Track & Trace as soon as the parcel service has received the package from IKEA. You can also track your order by entering your order number here.
- We deliver via PostNL or DHL. If you're not home, your package will go to your neighbors or a nearby pickup point. Uncollected packages will be returned after one week, and you'll be reimbursed minus delivery costs.
- If you do not pick up the package within a week, it will be returned to us. You will then receive the purchase amount back, minus the delivery costs.

Truck delivery by a single driver
How it works
- We deliver your order over the street door threshold of your home or building.
- From that moment on, you carry your order inside yourself.

Truck delivery by two drivers
How it works
- We standardly deliver your order over the door threshold of your home or building, ground floor only.
- From that moment on, you carry your order inside yourself.
- Choose 'Floor and room of choice' if you prefer delivery on a floor or room of choice.
- You will then pay an additional fee due to the additional efforts of the delivery team.

Delivery service for your business
How it works
- If you order larger and heavier furniture and products in one of our stores or via our website, we will have it delivered to you by truck.
- You can choose your preferred delivery day, and we can deliver during office hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- The delivery team will carry the order to your room of choice.
