Missing product or incomplete order
We carefully prepare every order, but sometimes an item or part may be missing.
Opted for home delivery?
Some orders are delivered in multiple shipments. Still waiting for a few items? They might be on their way in a separate parcel or truck delivery.
Want to know when to expect them? You can check the status of your order online.
Received everything but still missing a product?
Please get in touch with us or visit the customer service desk in one of our stores.
Order not yet delivered
Sometimes your delivery might be delayed. Want to know when your order will arrive? You can track the status of your order yourself.
Haven’t received anything on the expected delivery date? Your order is probably still on its way. We recommend waiting until the next working day before getting in touch. We’ll make sure to find the right solution for you.
Damaged product
We’ve prepared your order with care and handed it over to you. Has an item been damaged after all? We’ll be happy to help you sort it out!
For every purchase, you can easily choose the solution that suits you best. Just check your purchase history and select the order that includes the damaged item. Then pick one of the available options, such as returning the item. Can’t find your purchase in the overview? Get in touch with us or bring the damaged item to the customer service desk in any IKEA store. We’ll be happy to help you there.
Did your purchases get damaged while bringing them home from the store? As an IKEA Family member, you’re covered with 14 days of free “Oops” insurance. If something breaks on the way home, you can exchange it for free at the customer service desk.
Missing parts
Missing a part? Small spare parts – like screws, plugs or hinges – can easily be ordered online for free.
Need a larger part? Just get in touch with us or visit the customer service desk in one of our stores. We’ll be happy to help.
Quality issue product
All our products are thoroughly tested before they reach the market.
If something goes wrong over time and you notice a quality issue, you may be entitled to an extended guarantee on certain products – on top of the standard 2-year legal guarantee.

All our appliances are thoroughly tested before they reach the market. If something goes wrong over time and you notice a problem, grab the user manual and go to the “Troubleshooting” section. Follow each step carefully – you might be able to fix the issue yourself.
