If a piece of furniture tips over, it can cause serious injury. Children are more likely to be injured. To prevent accidents, secure furniture to the wall using the tilt-protection restraint provided with the product.
If you need a new tilt-protection restraint, you can order it by contacting our Customer service. Please note: We need an article number of the product for your request. If you don't know the article number, the name of the product is also sufficient. The material can also be picked up at the customer service desk in store.
Tips to prevent furniture from tipping over
- Secure it! Furniture must be securely fixed to the wall. Use the tilt-protection restraint provided with the product and the right hardware for your wall type. You can find more information on this page. If you need help, consult our wall mount guide.
- Never place a TV or other heavy objects on a chest of drawers or other furniture that is not made for a TV.
- Place heavy objects in the bottom drawers.
- Prevent children from using drawers, doors or shelves to climb or hang on.
