What is the connection value of my device?
The connection value of a device is the maximum amount of power used by a device. Power is measured in Watt (W) or in kilowatt (kW = 1000 Watt). Information about the connection value of your IKEA appliance can be found in the user manual.
For appliances that use a lot of power, such as an induction hob, we recommend that you have a recognized installer assess whether the group in your meter cupboard provides sufficient power.
