How do I solve problems with my SYMFONISK speaker?

For some common problems, we have a suitable solution. Read on for more information.

Using a remote control for SYMFONISK
To make the SYMFONISK remote control work, you need the TRÅDFRI connection hub or the DIRIGERA hub. You connect the remote control to a speaker or a group of speakers in the Sonos app.

One or more speakers cannot connect
If the Wi-Fi connection is slow or unreliable, you can also install the speakers wired. One solution is to connect one of the SYMFONISK or Sonos products to the router with an Ethernet cable. Sonos also has a device for this: the Sonos Boost.

The wired product creates its own wireless network specifically for your SYMFONISK/Sonos system. In addition, the products display the wireless signal to each other, which means that the speakers also work in a room that is outside the range of the wireless internet.

Resetting the speaker

  1. Unplug the power cord, then hold down the play button while plugging the power cord back in.
  2. The light will then turn red, hold the button down until the light turns green.
