  1. Book the Assembly Service by Alpha Workforce in our Delft store.
  2. Check your email for a message from Alpha Workforce. You’ll receive a booking confirmation from Alpha Workforce. Read the email carefully.
  3. Change or reschedule if needed. In many cases, you can still change the date of your assembly or installation. Please try to communicate the change in time; at least, 48 hours before the booked assembly or installation date.

If you want to cancel your Alpha Workforce appointment, log in to the IKEA website and view in Purchases whether it is still possible to cancel the service yourself. If the service cannot be canceled, or you want to change the appointment, please contact us.

  5. The mechanic completes the assembly at the agreed-upon date and time. Mechanics will also secure items to the wall at no additional cost, but please note that the service excludes electrical and plumbing.
