If you want to cancel your Alpha Workforce appointment, log in to the IKEA website and view in Purchases whether it is still possible to cancel the service yourself. If the service cannot be canceled, or you want to change the appointment, please contact us. - Leave your to-be-assembled products in the original packaging. Place the packages in the room where you want them to be assembled, and make sure that the room is a safe area for the mechanic to perform the assembly.
- The mechanic completes the assembly at the agreed-upon date and time. Mechanics will also secure items to the wall at no additional cost, but please note that the service excludes electrical and plumbing.
