Can I still get a discount on an item that I have previously purchased?
Our promotions are always temporary. The promotion conditions state when the promotion is valid. We do not offer a discount on a purchase that you made before a promotion or price reduction.
The discount is automatically processed when paying for promotional items in the promotional period. If something went wrong while processing the discount, you can go to the store's customer service with the purchase receipt or you can contact us.
If there are also additional promotional terms and conditions for a promotion, you will find them on our website.

For some discounts you must be logged in as an IKEA Family member and you can activate the online discount in the shopping cart at checkout. Also check how long your discount code is valid. Once it has expired, you can no longer use the code.
