Why did I get a blue door delivered instead of the color ordered?
Some products, such as fronts and doors, have a protective film. This protective film can be blue or colorless, possibly with a text imprint. This can give you the idea that the door was delivered in the wrong color: a blue door instead of a white one, or a green one instead of a yellow one.
Protective film is also used with some of our appliances: stainless steel range hoods may have either a white or a clear film. Thus, it may appear that you have received a white or matte gray hood instead of a stainless steel color.
You can recognize the foil by the triangular symbols printed all over it.
