Is the recess of a gas hob the same as an induction hob?

The cut-out dimensions of these hobs are different.

Have you already installed a gas hob in your countertop, and do you want to replace it with an induction hob? Then you will probably have to adjust the recess in the countertop or replace your countertop. 

Check the installation instructions of your hob for the prescribed cut-out size and call a qualified installer if you need help with the installation. You can also use our kitchen equipment installation service.
