The home solar offer is currently paused. We are now evaluating a future offer that better suits the needs of our customers and make IKEA energy services available to the many people in the Netherlands.
Customer service is available by phone from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Due to circumstances, customer service is difficult to reach and it may also take some time before emails are answered. This is being worked on.”
