When is the IKEA online customer service available?
We are available on chat on Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00. You can also call us on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00 and on Saturday from 11:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Sunday.
