When is the IKEA online customer service available?
We are available on chat from Mondays to Fridays 8 AM to 5PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. You can also call us on weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. We are closed on Sunday.

Our customer service is opened from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday we are closed.
