What can I do if an item breaks when taking it home or during assembly?

If your IKEA item is accidentally broken while taking it home or during assembly, unfortunately we cannot offer any replacement or refund as the damage occurred outside of our delivery/services guarantee.

However, you can contact our IKEA Customer Service remotely (by chat, phone, 900.400.922, social networks) or in store, to check if there are any spare parts available or if the product can be replaced with another at the cost.
