I have a service contract with IKEA Home, how can I change or cancel it?

IKEA Home is an application that connects you with home improvement service professionals. Any changes you wish to make must be communicated directly to the provider through the app's chat.

If you wish to change the agreed appointment (date/time) or cancel the service, you must inform the provider using the chat available in the application.

If you want to cancel the service:

  • Before accepting a quote: if when you are chatting with the provider you decide that you don´t want the service, or don´t want to continue talking to that provider, you can cancel the request without any problem within the application itself.
  •  If you have accepted and paid the quote: send an email to [email protected], providing the service ID and the reasons for cancellation. Remember that according to the Terms and Conditions of the service provider you have accepted, a penalty percentage may apply as this will be set according to the provider's cancellation policy. 

 Please note that once the service has started, there will be no cancellation option.
