How can I reschedule or cancel my Taskrabbit assembly appointment?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your Taskrabbit assembly service, you can contact your assigned Tasker directly in the Taskrabbit chat.

You can reschedule your Taskrabbit appointment yourself, at any time. If you have already been assigned a Tasker, you can contact them via the Taskrabbit chat to reschedule your appointment. If you have not yet been assigned a Tasker, you can also contact IKEA and we will be happy to help you reschedule your appointment.

If you want to cancel the Taskrabbit setup appointment, you need to go to Taskrabbit.es, log in and cancel the setup via the ‘Current Task’ or ‘My Task Details’ page. If you have any problems with cancellation, you can also contact IKEA for help with your cancellation.

Please note:

  • You may be charged a fee if you change or cancel the assembly service with less than 24hs to the scheduled assembly.
  • That when the assembly date is changed, it may not always be carried out by the same Tasker.
