I have had a problem with IKEA Home, what can I do?
IKEA Home is an application that connects you with service professionals related to home improvement. If you have experienced a failure with the platform or an issue with the supplier, here are the options to solve it.
In case of any error with the app or an incident, a Customer Care team will be there to help you:
Customer:
- If you have a technical issue with the application send an e-mail to: support.ikeafamilyhome.es@ingka.ikea.com specifying what happened.
- If it won't let you pay for the service, we recommend that you contact your bank, they are better equipped to help you with these types of queries. If the problem persists, please send an email to support.ikeafamilyhome.es@ingka.ikea.com and we will try to detect the problem.
- If your IKEA Family profile does not load, please contact us. Our Customer Service hours are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 22:00. Sundays and holidays from 10:00 to 20:00.
- If you have had an incident/complaint with the supplier or the service has not been performed satisfactorily, please contact them through the application chat. IKEA is not responsible for the services offered by the suppliers or professionals that are contracted through it, as well as the conditions offered by any of them, their development, result or any contractual or commercial relationship that is finally established between professionals and users.
