How do I request an invoice or purchase receipt?

Get your IKEA invoice easily and quickly at the checkout itself or, after purchase, at the Customer Service counter or through our chat team.

Now, for your online and remote purchases, you can download or print your invoice quickly and easily, just access your profile and, in the purchase history, select the order, then you will find the option "View invoice". You will also have this option available in: Track and manage your order. 

For instore purchases: 
For all purchases at IKEA, we issue a simplified invoice in receipt format without including your tax information. If you need an ordinary invoice (including your fiscal data), you must request it before making the payment at the checkout line. For legal reasons, there is no possibility to offer duplicate tickets. 

Do you need an ordinary invoice? 
Go to the Customer Service section of your nearest IKEA store with the purchase receipt and your tax information to request your ordinary invoice. 

 
Note: if at the time of making the purchase you have swiped your IKEA FAMILY card, you can consult, download or print the purchase receipts directly from your IKEA FAMILY profile. 

*Have you bought it at IKEA Baleares or Canarias? Visit the store 

For Online or Telephone purchases: 
Once you have confirmed the payment of your online or telephone order, you will automatically receive by mail the ordinary invoice for your order, with the data you have provided in the Tax Data and Billing Address section.
