How can I request a duplicate invoice?
We have the solution for you at the click of a button! In the "Invoices and Tickets" section of our website
Requesting a duplicate invoice is very simple, we will need the number of your invoice/order, the case/incident number or provide us with your personal details (DNI, CIF, NIF, NIE) depending on the case in order to locate the information correctly.
From the invoices and tickets section we will manage your requests for:
Data changes.
Rectified invoices.
Duplicate invoices.
Issue of IKEA Gift Card invoices.
We will be at the keyboards to help you from Monday to Saturday from 10:00h to 20:00h.
We want to be closer to you! Chat with our billing team from the "Invoices and tickets" section ( currently available only in Spanish), you will see a yellow icon on the bottom right hand side of your screen where you can type your query. We will be happy to help you.
Now you can download or print your invoice quickly and easily, just access your profile and in the purchase history select the order, then you will find the option "Show and download invoice". You will also have this option available in Track and manage your order.
