How does "My Invoices" work?
You must swipe your IKEA Family card at the checkout to take advantage of this service (formerly "My Tickets" service).
Available for your in-store and online purchases.
Activate the "My bills" service now by logging in to your account and enjoy the benefits:
PDF: download your tickets whenever you want.
Invoices / changes: request an invoice or a change of details via chat. We will be at the keyboards to help you from Monday to Saturday from 10:00h to 20:00h.
Always with you: always available to present them as a guarantee or for exchanges and returns.
You can always access them by logging into "My purchases", in your session.
We want to be closer to you! Chat with our billing team from the "Invoices and tickets" section, you will see a yellow icon on the bottom right of your screen where you can write your query. We will be happy to help you. ( Actually available in Spanish ).
Now you can download or print your invoice quickly and easily, just access your profile and in the purchase history select the order, then you will find the option "Show and download invoice". You will also have this option available in Track and manage your order.
