Can I return the goods without the receipt?
For the return of goods, the receipt of purchase is INDISPENSABLE.
For any return of goods you need to present the purchase receipt, so that we can check the date of purchase (365 days for returns) and the method of payment.
Without this proof of purchase we will not be able to make the return.
In case you have swiped your IKEA Family card with your purchase, we have good news for you:
All purchase receipts are registered in your profile.
To access it, please open your profile here. Once inside click on My purchases and you will be able to see the tickets associated with the purchases you have made using your IKEA Family card and print your tickets again using the Show ticket option. Our IKEA Family card makes it easy for you!
