If you are an IKEA Business Network member, you can access your purchase history to view your tickets by simply logging in.
If you would like to request an invoice, a duplicate or change your details, please fill in the form below and you will receive it by email within two weeks.
Remember that your invoice will arrive instantly by email if you have paid by credit or debit card.
On the other hand, if you have paid by bank transfer, the invoice will be issued the day the delivery and/or assembly services are completed.
