You can contact our Customer Service by chat, phone, social media or by visiting an IKEA store.
Whether you want to make a purchase online, have a question, or need to resolve an issue, take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions on our website. And if you still need more help, in the Contact Us section you will find someone from IKEA who will be happy to assist you.
Our customer service hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00. We are closed on Sundays and national holidays.
And remember: If you want to check or make changes to your order, for data protection reasons, this can only be done by the person who placed the order.
