How can I shop at IKEA?
At IKEA we make it easy for you. You can buy online or through our App, visit your nearest store or even place an order by phone or chat.

If what you want is to buy with the help of our experts, without leaving home, you can contact our specialist advisors by chat, clicking on "contact us" or by phone, calling us at 900.400.922.
We can pick them up, deliver them and assemble them for you if you wish. We can even install the new kitchen you want. Find out more about all our additional services or talk to an IKEA partner in store.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, IKEA Business cards and IKEA gift cards. Obviously, when you pay online the transaction is completely secure. You can choose from a number of financing options if you prefer deferred payments. If you order by phone or chat, you can also pay with PayPal or by transfer.
At the store:
Get comfortable in the different environments of our stores and try all our products. On the price tag you will find everything you need to know about a product, including where you can pick it up in store.
Since most IKEA furniture comes in flat packs, you can easily take it home with you when you buy it in the store.
On-line:
Access through our website, we'll take the items you want home or to your company.
Through our App:
The IKEA Store app is a great help if you plan to visit us. Browse products, create a shopping list and receive up-to-date offers from your local store. You can download the IKEA Store app on Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).
You can be relax, if you take something home and change your mind, you have 365 days to return it. Simply save your purchase receipt to make returns easier. For more information, see our Returns Policy.
For all purchases at IKEA, we issue a simplified invoice, in ticket format. And if you are subject to VAT exemption, we will tell you how to request it.
