I am a professional, what if I need to modify the price of a service?

You can update a quote’s price at any moment before the service has been completed correctly.

  • If the service is not paid yet:
    You can modify the quote as many times as you need.
 
  • If the service has already been paid for:
    You can propose an additional amount to the customer and include a description explaining the reason for the change.
    To do so, go to the service details, click on the three dots in the top right corner and select: Edit Quote.
The proposal status will only be updated when the customer makes the additional payment. You will receive a notification when the extra amount has been accepted and paid.
An additional quote will be automatically generated, accessible to both you and the customer, showing the original price and the additional amount paid.
