How can I file a complaint or claim in a shop?

We have several ways for you to send us your opinion about one of our stores.

We have several ways for you to share your opinion with us.

If you want to complain about a product, service/delivery or tell us how we are doing, you can do so in the following ways:

* In person: come and visit us. At the Customer Service counters we will handle any incident. If you wish to make an official complaint, ask for the complaint form, which must be stamped and signed. It does not have to be in the same store where you made the purchase. You can also make an official complaint at your local consumer office.
* Online: the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) has an online service so that you can file an official complaint through its website.
* Remotely by telephone: contact us free of charge on 900 400 922 and we will deal with your case, reflecting everything that has happened in order to improve in the future.

Remember, our team can help you with any queries you may have. If you have a complaint about:

* Product: have the order number, ticket/invoice or the name of the item ready, this will help us to identify it.
* Delivery/services: have your order number ready, if you don't have it, don't worry! Our team will be able to locate it from your personal details.
