I have bought an appliance that is not working. What can I do?
Go for your purchase ticket or invoice and, when you get it, our Customer Support Center coworkers will instruct you how to contact the manufacturer’s technical service.
In order to request a revision of your appliance, it is essential to keep the original receipt or invoice of the order, as this is the guarantee of purchase.
If you would like to contact the technical service, firstly you need to find the instruction manual, here is a step-by-step guide on how to do this on our website:
-
Locate the item reference, you can find it on the purchase receipt/invoice, you will also need it to make use of the warranty.
-
In the search tool on our website ikea.es, add the number or name of the appliance.
-
Once inside, select "Product details" and then click on the option "Assembly and documents".
-
Open the instruction manual you will find on the last page information about the Authorised Service Centre, contact telephone number and opening hours. You can arrange an appointment with them and they will come to check the appliance at your home.
In the instructions you will be able to check the term and conditions of the guarantee.
If you want to find out if your item is within the claim period, check the Guarantees section of our website.
If you can’t find the information, your item is discontinued or need help about the warranty of our products, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will help you.
