In contrast to our IKEA stores, we show you a small part of our range at our IKEA Plan & Order Point Chur in the Steinbock Centre. You'll find beautiful, selected combinations with matching interior furnishings and accessories for you to get inspired by and, of course, to try out.

Of course, you can view the entire range digitally in advance, plan with us, ask your questions and order immediately. We will conveniently deliver your order to your home.

At the IKEA plan and order point, you can test, feel and experience our products. We plan everything together with you from the ground up or offer support where you need it. And if you have already planned things out yourself using our online tools, we’ll happily take another look and help you with placing the order. In a pleasantly calm atmosphere and naturally free of charge.

For logistical reasons, furniture and products purchased from other IKEA stores cannot be returned to us. We only accept returns of accessories purchased directly from us and taken home.

Find out how to get to our Plan and Order point at the Steinbock shopping centre.

How to get there by car

Enter on Level Minus 2 of the Bahnhofplatz car park and drive up to the barrier for the Steinbock car park.
You can validate your ticket here and you’ll receive a new ticket as you enter.
You will enter on Level Minus 3 where you can park.
Take the lift to Level Minus 2 to access the Steinbock shopping centre.
When you step out of the lift, you’ll only be 10 metres away from the Chur Plan and Order point
