Here you can touch and try out our products, plan your purchases, get advice and inspiration, and much more:
- Use the Scan & Pay function to scan products yourself with the IKEA app
- Enable Live Activities in IKEA app settings to easily find products from your shopping list in-store
- Use the information kiosks found in many places throughout the store to access product information or storage locations or to send yourself a goods handout receipt
- Pick up your Click & Collect order. Our pick-up boxes can even be booked outside opening hours.
- Browse the Second Chance Market, our treasure trove, for great bargains or
- Bring your used IKEA furniture back after the warranty period with our Buyback service and, depending on the condition, receive an IKEA gift card with the residual value.
- If you don't want to transport your purchases yourself, you can hire a rental van for transport or book delivery directly on site.
- Enjoy Swedish delicacies in our Swedish restaurant and bistro.
- Enjoy a calmer shopping experience with the Silent Hours on every Tuesday from 15:00 until 30 minutes before store closing.
