How to make a claim at IKEA

The claims process at IKEA is fast, simple and accessible. We want to hear from you if you’ve had problems with our products or services.

Appliance defects

If one of your IKEA electrical appliances develops a defect, please contact the manufacturer directly. A service technician will look at the problem and give you expert help.
