Returns
We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to try our products at home – and to change their minds about them. That’s why our IKEA 365-day return policy allows you to return any IKEA product – opened or otherwise – within 365 days of purchase.
If you have changed your mind about a product, you can find all the information about returning it to an IKEA Store, cancelling an order, returning by post or by truck on our returns page.
Claims

Need spare parts or screws? The IKEA spare parts service comes to your aid. Order what you need, such as screws and spare parts for IKEA furniture (and accessories) and we will deliver them to your home.
