To use this service, simply add your wished products to your cart online and select the collection point of your choice (IKEA pick-up point, IKEA locker, external pick-up point or external locker). You select a collection time window during checkout. Once paid, you can no longer make any change to this order. You get notified as soon as the goods are ready for pick-up.
