What does the 10-year guarantee for sofas cover?
IKEA's 10-year guarantee for sofas only covers the following parts: Frame, seat cushions and back cushions.
The 10-year guarantee is only valid for private use at home. It covers defects in materials and workmanship on the following parts: Frame, seat and back cushions (i.e. their contents). Sofa covers, fabric and leather are only guaranteed for 2 years.
The product description on our website indicates whether the sofa has a 10-year or 25-year guarantee.
