You can update your personal data in the free IKEA Family app, online on the website or at the digital IKEA Family kiosk in the entrance area of your IKEA store.

To update or delete your profile, simply log in to your IKEA Family profile on the website and go to the "Manage profile" section.

You have to select a full day window (7am to 7pm), as our transport partner will organize the deliveries in a sustainable and cost-conscious way.
