My article is available for delivery, why can't I order it via Click & Collect?

The Click & Collect order only works if your local IKEA store has enough stock.

The article can be available for the home delivery from our warehouse, but if your local store does not have enough, it cannot be booked for a click & collect.

  • If your local IKEA store has enough stock, you’ll see a green dot next to the store. You can then order the item for Click & Collect.
  • If your local store doesn’t have stock, the dot will be red. You can check the product availability and sign up with your email or mobile number to get a notification when it’s back in stock. How to check product availability?
  • Some items may still be available for home delivery from our main warehouse. If you can add the item to your cart and it shows “available for delivery,” you can have it shipped directly to your home—even if your local store is out of stock.

How to place a Click & Collect order

  1. Open the product page and select your local IKEA store.
  2. Check the dot color:
    • Green = in stock → proceed with Click & Collect.
    • Red = out of stock → sign up for a stock notification.
  3. If delivery is shown as available, choose home delivery instead.
