My article is available for delivery, why can't I order it via Click & Collect?

The Click & Collect order only works if your local IKEA store has enough stock.

The article could however be available for delivery from the main warehouse, but if your local IKEA store does not have enough stock, it cannot be ordered for pick-up via Click & Collect.

As long as you can add the article to your shopping basket, and it states underneath that it is available for delivery, you can conveniently have the article shipped directly to your home from the main warehouse.

To place the Click & Collect order, you should check whether your local IKEA store has enough stock of your chosen article. You can see by the green dot that you IKEA has enough stock of the desired article. As soon as you click on the link of your local IKEA store, you can see the current availability of the product.

If your local IKEA store has no stock, the dot next to your store will be red instead of green.  As soon as you click on the store link, you have the option to enter either your email address or your mobile number. We will then notify you, as soon as the desired article is back in stock.
