My IKEA gift card is damaged. What should I do?

Is the gift card number still legible?

As long as the gift card number on your IKEA Gift Card is still readable, we can accept it at our IKEA store checkouts.

In the online shop, simply enter the gift card number and the four-digit PIN during the checkout process.

If the number or PIN is not legible, there is unfortunately no way to determine and redeem the credit.
