How do I scan an order that has been reserved for me by a co-worker or that I have created on my own at an information kiosk?
An order (goods from goods collection, or order with delivery) cannot be managed with Shop & Go at the moment.
However, you can pay for your order at the same time as your Shop & Go purchase. To do this, simply scan your order at the Shop & Go checkout, or any other checkout, after scanning your Shop & Go QR code.
The co-workers at the IKEA store or Shop & Go checkout will be happy to help you.
