Swedish food tastes so delicious

On Midsummer's Day, smoked salmon, meatballs or pickled herring are traditionally eaten. These are served with crispbread and sour cream. To mark the beginning of summer, the dessert is fresh strawberries with cream or a delicious strawberry tart.
