Are you missing bolts, pegs, or other hardware parts to assemble IKEA products? Request free replacement parts online and they will be delivered to your home or business at no cost via Canada Post within 7 business days. 

Click and collect service

IMPORTANT: Click and collect customers, upon arrival please proceed to the Loading Zone parking. 

• Please note due to store renovations, Click and collect lockers are unavailable
• You can place an order online and collect it from your local IKEA store, Pick-up locker (free for IKEA Family members with purchase of $25 or more)·

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select IKEA Richmond or a nearby Pick-up location third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the pick-up location.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to IKEA Richmond or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Click and collect pick-up instructions: 

Step 1: Proceed to the Loading Zone parking. Currently there are no designated Click and Collect parking spots available due to store renovations. 

Step 2: Orders can be collected in our Customer Service area at the Customer Furniture pick-up counter (one level up from parking). No check-in is required at the kiosk.

A magical forest full of play and fun!

Småland is a fun and safe play area for children to enjoy while parents and guardians enjoy their shopping. The magical forest is perfect for jumping and bouncing, colouring or even resting to watch a movie or read a book

Why do we call this magical place Småland? It’s the name of an area of Sweden where IKEA began. It is also because Småland translates to “small land”, a land for small but our most precious people.

How to play in Småland

• Check the admittance requirements.
• Register your children on the digital screen in front of Småland upon arrival. There is no fee.
• Once a space becomes available, children can play for up to 1 hour in Småland.  This time limit may change without notice, in which case parents/guardians will be notified at sign-in. For instance, on busy days, children may only be allowed in the play area for a maximum of 45 minutes.
• Only the parent or guardian who signed the child(ren) in can sign the child(ren) out. 

Admittance requirements:

• 94-137cm is the height requirement for entering Småland.
• Children must be toilet trained. It is recommended children visit the washroom prior to entering Småland.
• Children are required to wear socks in Småland.
• Children are required to leave their footwear and outerwear in Småland during their visit, in the event of an emergency.
• Småland is a service for IKEA visitors. Parents/guardians must remain in IKEA Richmond.
• For the child’s safety, the same parent/guardian who signs the child in, must sign the child out.

Exceptions to admittance requirements may be applicable in some circumstances, for example, height requirements are not applicable for children who require a mobility device (wheelchair/scooter).
