Click and collect
You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to
Click and collect service is available at your local IKEA store or select pick-up locations.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: Proceed to the Click and collect parking area, located at the left side of the store. Remain in your car and scan the QR code on the sign in front of you to join the virtual line-up.
Step 2: Please wait for the confirmation message indicating that you can go to the Click and collect office's door to pick up your order. You will need your order confirmation email and a government-issued photo ID to collect your order.
