Click and collect
You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to
Click and collect service is available at your local IKEA store or select pick-up locations.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.
Step 2: Once your order is complete, wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: One you arrive at the store, follow the signs to the Click and collect designated entrance. Please have your confirmation email visible and a valid piece of ID, with picture preferably, such as a driver's license or medicare card. If you have chosen the option of a locker pickup, please head to the location to the right of the store. Make sure you have your code to access the locker opening.
Step 2: If someone else is picking up your order, you must specify it when you are completing your order. There will be a section where you must remove a checkmark. They must also present a piece of valid id.
